During the current Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic and time of uncertainty, our highest priority is the wellbeing of our team members and our customers. Like other businesses we are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and are adapting our practices accordingly.

We are doing everything in our control to continue to offer our service. Our aim is to keep our clinics open as usual and appointments are going ahead unless we are guided otherwise.

However, things can change rapidly and we will of course update you as and when required with any news of the situation. We are taking increased measures of precaution to maintain our business and to protect the health of our employees and customers, these measures are listed below:

We share best practice tips with our team and continue to keep them updated on a daily basis.

We have reduced patients waiting in the reception area.

We have hand cleaning stations within our clinics and have increased the frequency of cleaning during the day.

Appointments are limited to only one person allowed to attend the scan with you.

Ensuring patients wash their hands or use alcohol hand sanitiser upon arrival at our clinics.

If you or someone else in your household has any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend your appointment. Please follow the NHS advice on Coronavirus and call us to rearrange your appointment.
