We have a team of highly specialist trained consultant sonographers who carry out all MSK scans. Our MSK specialist team of sonographers work in large teaching London Hospitals and are in -charge of training programmes for the MSK within their individual hospitals.
Ultrasound can assess the joints for common problems such as arthritis, tendinitis, bursitis, fluid in the joints, carpal tunnel syndrome in the wrist etc. Ultrasound is used as a modality of choice as the sonographer can dynamically assess the joint whilst performing the scan.
